Design challenge:
Conceive and develop a plan to readapt, expand and renovate a one-and-one-half- story cape in a creative, efficient way that will create an expanded kitchen, a family room, study, three-car garage, four bedrooms and four bathrooms while retaining the existing contemporary colonial look and feel of a house situated in a lovely neighborhood.
