Incorporate a two-story addition, creating a new rear entry, laundry area, and kitchen with an informal eating area that opens up to the backyard. Demolish the existing first-floor porch and replace it with a new two-story addition with a new entry area, large kitchen with and informal eating area that opens up to the backyard, and an extension to the second-floor master bedroom for a new master bath.
