Design Alliance

Design Challenge:
Design a two-story addition to the back of the house to expand the kitchen area, provide a comfortable informal eating area, create a mudroom/back entry space and establish a connection/circulation from the kitchen area to the living room on the first floor.  The second- and third-floor addition and renovated space will provide for a master bedroom with a full bath, a second-floor laundry, and three bedrooms with a unique shared bathroom.
