Design Alliance

Design Challenge:
Design a two-story addition to the back of the house to provide a comfortable family room, a mudroom/back entry space and a connection/circulation from the kitchen area to the new family room.  The second- and third-floor addition and renovated space will provide for five bedrooms, 2 full baths and one continental shared bathroom on the second floor. The challenge is to seamlessly incorporate the new rooms with the old and provide comfortable circulation and stairways at all three levels.
